Common Connectivity Patterns for Existing AWS Customers
VMware Cloud on AWS migrations often involve integrating into existing AWS environments. Over time, with several key feature enhancements, and through thousands of cloud migrations, VMware has observed customers implementing design patterns time and time again. Determining what design pattern is correct for a customer depends on the current state architecture, workload characteristics, the migration scenario, and the desired end state in regards to security/connectivity. In this session, VMware will present the common customer connectivity designs, and discuss considerations, constraints, and features that need to be considered when designing connectivity between VMware Cloud on AWS with existing data centers, AWS native resources, and, the public internet.
